The drum has a core (10) surrounded by a void (11) for the hose or cable. The frame shifts on arms (2, 3) as required between an operating position (15) and a folded position (16). One arm terminates in a wheel (7). In the folded presentation one or both of the arms retracts to within the transport frame.</p> |
