FIELD: engineering industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to machine tool industry and may be used for computer-aided manufacturing of protecting enclosing structure. Device contains supporting frame, bending and break-down mills, unreeling devices, coiling device for razor blade wire with drum, radial bending mechanism for razor blade wire. Also device includes mechanism for making joining shackles from wire and their installation on spiral coils from razor blade wire, performed with blades for cutting shackle blanks from the wire, joining shackles drafting mechanisms, container for end items and drive. Forming mechanism and mechanism of joining shackles installation on spiral coils are performed in a form of pistons with jaw and blades at the ends and radial guides located outside. Joining shackle drafting mechanisms are performed in a form of pistons with crimping wedges attached to the ends and central support bar. Drafting mechanisms are located at the other side of radial guides arranged inside of coiling device drum. Said mechanisms are located with the possibility of coiling device actuating by drum rotation via fixed master forms attached to the frame. ^ EFFECT: structure is simplified, and labor costs and costs of high quality enclosures manufacturing are decreased. ^ 3 cl, 9 dwg |
