<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The Radio-frequency identificationtransponder has a resonant circuit for supplying a clock pulse with a pre-determined clock frequency, and a self calibration stage for the calibration of the actual clock frequency of the resonant circuit on the pre-determined clock frequency. The self calibration stage is established such that it compares a clock frequency of the resonant circuit. The clock frequency is determined during a monitoring period.
