The invention concerns heating techniques. The cascading water cooler described includes a water feed collector (1), a cooling system (2) made of curved polypropylene (PP) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheets (4, 5) vertically positioned side by side, shaped so that the curls make up an angle of 60 - 90 degrees in the aspect of adjacent curls, a stainless cloth net (7), installed on cooling block (3), and cored plastic balls (6) with a diameter of 35 - 40 mm arranged in lines above the stainless cloth net (7) and make up a dynamic hot water cooling layer, a water spatter display (8), a cooling fan (10) and cooled water collector (11). |
