The detachable head (3) is fastened to the end of the rod by screws passing through bores (7) parallel to the axis of the rod. The bores are countersunk so that the heads of the screws are recessed in the head which holds the tool. The tool is gripped between a fixed jaw (33) and a spring jaw (31) with a slit (23) to allow spring action a screw (29) bends the movable jaw toward the tool to grip it. |
