<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle capable of suppressing the excessive expansion of a thermoplastic resin immediately after extrusion molding. <P>SOLUTION: The nozzle (4) is installed for an extruder for the extrusion-molding of the thermoplastic resin (2) while melting the resin and discharges the thermoplastic resin from its tip. A cross-sectional area in the nozzle is continuously decreased from a base of the nozzle toward the tip. Here, when the cross-sectional shape in the nozzle is approximately circular, the inside diameter of the nozzle can continuously be decreased from the base toward the tip. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
