<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet for display, capable of managing treatment effect by evaluation of wettability, when effectively developing adhesive power or pressure-sensitive adhesive power and holding power of an adhesive layer or a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and assisting the adhesive power and the pressure-sensitive adhesive power through surface treatment on the light-emitting surface of a light diffusing plate that is a laminated surface with an optical functional member, when laminating the optical functional member and the light-diffusing plate via the adhesive layer or the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. <P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting surface 21b of the light-diffusing plate 21 has a surface roughness, in a range where glossiness in the measurement of the light-emitting surface 21b at 60° is 70% or higher, and 110% or lower. The surface treatment is carried out so that the light-emitting surface 21b of the light diffusing plate 21 has a wet tension index of 50 mN/m or higher, or the light-emitting surface 21b of the light diffusing plate 21 has a water droplet contact angle of 55° or smaller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
