PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulator structure for a battery pack and a battery pack structure, enabling downsizing of the battery pack and capable of improving productivity. SOLUTION: For the insulator structure for a battery pack made of an insulating sheet arranged between a cell face of a battery and a protective circuit board 7 arranged on the cell face, a notched part is provided at a part of a cell face side enabled to form a space for housing a component-mounting part 8 on the protective circuit board 7.
