PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device capable of preventing an IC card from being damaged due to tilting operation of a display means. SOLUTION: Disclosed is a navigation device wherein a display 13 covering the front portion 101 of a case 100 and disposed in a tiltable manner is configured to tilt with respect to the case 100 to expose a portion of the front portion 101 to the front. The navigation device has a card insertion hole 55 opened in the front portion 101, and is provided with a card slot 33 into which a B-CAS2 is inserted and a cover 54 opening or closing the card insertion hole 33 of the front portion 101.
