PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an interior finish structure of a building, which can properly maintain the quality of an appearance of an interior finished surface by preventing an interior finish material from being affected by relative displacement, even if the relative displacement occurs on the side of an interior finish support for supporting the interior finish material. SOLUTION: A sub-floor material 36 is fixed to an upper flange 28B of a floor girder 28, and a finished substrate 40, to which a floor covering material 58 is fixed, is anchored to a top surface of the sub-floor material 36 in such a manner as to be relatively displaceable in a horizontal direction. Additionally, connecting ends 40A of the finished substrates 40 adjacent to each other are connected together in a relatively undisplaceable manner by means of a binding wedge 44.
