<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display capable of executing scaling processing, based on an identification signal, when executing the scaling processing for a high resolution HD, to prevent blurring in an edge of an OSD signal generated in accompaniment to an increase of a pixel number. <P>SOLUTION: This image display has a storage part 7 for storing an image signal added with the OSD signal, the identification signal, and an image signal added with the scaling-processed OSD signal, a Low/High determination part 8 for determining the Low level image signal and the High level image signal, based on the identification signal stored in the storage part 7, and a scaling processing part 5 having a computing part 9 for computing the image signal added with the OSD signal stored in the storage part 7, based on a determination result from the Low/High determination part 8, and for carrying out the scaling processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
