<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly protective cover capable of surely and favorably protecting an electronic device by closely attaching it to the electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: This protective cover includes a first cover member 3 disposed on the back face side of a first case of an IC dictionary, a second cover member disposed on an outer surface side of a second case of the IC dictionary, a cover connection part 5 bendably connecting the first and second cover members 3 and 4 respectively corresponding to a case connection part for connecting the respective first and second cases, respective holding parts 15 and 23 for detachably holding respective corner parts of the first and second cases at the respective corner parts of the first and second cover members 3 and 4 which are positioned on the opposite side to the cover connection part 5, and foot locking parts 18 detachably locking the foot parts of the first case at the first cover member 3.
