<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work evaluation apparatus, etc., for calculating an amount of work in a compounded part (assembled state) for each work process as kinetic energy and then evaluating work man-hours and productivity from the human metabolic energy. <P>SOLUTION: The work evaluation apparatus 1 for evaluating the amount of work for assembling/disassembling of a product as a fixed quantity is provided with: a part movement energy calculation processing part 220 as a kinetic energy calculation means and an assembling/disassembling energy calculation processing part 240 for calculating the amount of kinetic energy required for the movement work, assembling work and/or disassembling work which includes at least the compounded part which is an assembly of part units composing the product; and an assembling/disassembling work man-hour calculation processing part 250 for calculating the man-hours for the assembling/disassembling of the product based on the amount of the kinetic energy calculated by the kinetic energy calculation means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
