PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid application apparatus for evenly applying a liquid without unevenness to the surface of an object material to be coated. SOLUTION: The liquid application apparatus includes an application housing 6 having a sending-in port and a sending-out port and defining an application space 4 in the inside, liquid spraying means 42 for spraying a liquid to the application space 4, and liquid supplying means 44 for supplying the liquid to the liquid spraying means 42. In the application housing 6, the liquid spraying means 42 is installed in one side of the center part in the up and down directions of a transportation route 38 in which the object material to be coated 40 is transported. The object material to be coated 40 is sent in the application space 4 through the sending-in port of the application housing 6 and sent out through the sending-out port of the application housing 6 and the liquid spraying means 42 sprays the liquid in a manner that the liquid adheres to both faces of the object material to be coated 40 transported in the application space 4.
