PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an asphalt mixture using asphalt waste as a raw material which can manufacture a high quality asphalt mixture equivalent to a normal asphalt mixture since the quality of the manufactured asphalt mixture is enhanced and effectively recycle an water-dischargeable pavement waste. SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing an asphalt mixture uses, as a raw material, regenerated single grain size crushed stones comprising a plurality of components with different grain sizes which are obtained from asphalt waste. The method comprises a step of heating the regenerated single grain size crushed stones by a drier and a step of mixing the heated regenerated single grain size crushed stones with additives and asphalt. The component with the minimum grain size among the components of the regenerated single grain size crushed stones used as the raw material uses the small size component of the regenerated single grain size crushed stones obtained from the water-dischargeable pavement waste.
