PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thermoplastic resin polymerized particles such as propylene/ethylene-αolefin block copolymer having high content of ethylene-high gradeα-olefin copolymer rubber component (CP) in crystalline polypropylene component and low content of low-molecular weight component to prevent the occurrence of stickiness and bleeding-out, solve a problem of adhesiveness, and enable it to be easily handled as powders. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin polymerized particle is formed by crystalline propylene polymer component manufactured by successive polymerization by using carried metallocene catalyst and copolymer component (CP) formed by ethylene and at least one of comonomer selected from 4-20Cα-olefin. A manufacturing method for this thermoplastic resin polymerized particle comprises a first process for manufacturing the crystalline propylene polymer component and a second process for manufacturing the propylene/ethylene-αolefin block copolymer by vapor phase-polymerizing the copolymer component (CP) formed by ethylene and at least one of comonomer selected from 4-20Cα-olefin. This thermoplastic resin polymerized particle satisfies such requirement that average particle diameter of the polymerized particle is 800-3,000μm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
