PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnosis apparatus which facilitates comprehension of a vascular structure around a subjective site to allow simple operation with a catheter and can shorten an examination time and a treatment time to exempt a subject as much as possible from being exposed to X rays. SOLUTION: The X-ray diagnosis apparatus comprises a photographing section 1, an image memory 6, a subtraction section 4, an image reconstituting section 5, and a display 8, wherein the photographing section 1 takes photographs from a plurality of photographing angles before and after therapeutical treatment; the image memory 6 stores the photographs; the subtraction section 4 makes subtraction treatment on the images which are taken from the same photographing angle before and after the therapeutical treatment and stored in the image memory 6; and the image reconstituting section 5 comes based on the subtraction images to reconstitute an image, which is displayed on the display 8. This process facilitates comprehension of a vascular structure around a subjective site to allow simple operation with a catheter and can shorten an examination time and a treatment time to exempt a subject as much as possible from being exposed to X rays.
