PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electromagnetic wave shielding and preventing sheet coated with an electromagnetic wave shielding substance containing iron oxide. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a multifunctional electromagnetic wave shielding and preventing sheet includes a step of preparing a solid by mixing ferric oxide of 40-50 MoL%, zinc oxide of 30-40 MoL%, nickel oxide of 10-15 MoL%, iron oxide formed of second steel oxidization so that a total weight is 100 MoL% and conductive carbon-based carbon of 40-80 weight by ratio of a total weight of the electromagnetic wave shielding substance, a step of preparing an application material by mixing the solid of water 100 weight-by-ratio% in water of 30-50 weight-by-ratio%, a processing step of mixing an adhesive in the application material by an amount of 20-30 weight-by-ratio% for the weight by ratio of the application material and processing into fine powder to make a fine powder application material, a step of applying the fine powder application material to nonwoven fabric for processing, a processing step of applying an antibacterial deodorant to the nonwoven fabric with the material applied by spraying, and a processing step of heating and drying the nonwoven fabric with the material applied.
