PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-based solid cosmetic preparation that has covering force to exhibit excellent restoring effects on a damaged portion of the skin and exhibits good dispersibility of a coloring material not to cause color stripes. SOLUTION: The oil-based solid cosmetic preparation comprises (a) 30-50 mass% of titanium oxide, (b) 5-25 mass% of an iron oxide pigment and (c) 2-5 mass% of diglyceryl diisostearate. Also provided is an oil-based solid cosmetic preparation which further comprises (d) a filming agent comprising an acrylic-silicone graft copolymer and a siliconized polysaccharide compound.
