PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circularly polarized antenna capable of performing excellent communication over a wide frequency band, and to provide a semiconductor module and a wireless device. SOLUTION: The circular polarized antenna includes: a conductor ground plate having a hole formed thereat; L-shaped first and second monopole conductor elements connected to the conductor plate via connection points; and a feed point formed at one of the first and second connection points, wherein the first and second monopole conductor elements are disposed so as to be substantially perpendicular to each other so that opening ends of the first and second monopole conductor elements approximate to each other. The circularly polarized antenna is formed so that the first conductor base plate formed more closer to the first monopole conductor element side than to a straight line substantially perpendicular a line segment crossing between opening ends of the first and second monopole conductor elements and connecting two connection points in the conductor base plate may be substantially symmetrical to a second conductor base plate formed more closely to the second monopole conductor element side than the straight line in the conductor base plate.
