<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a non-contact IC card reader which shortens time required for reading an IC card by selecting or defining kinds etc. of the IC card to be read by input from the outside. <P>SOLUTION: The non-contact IC card reader reading IC cards of a plurality of kinds each having a different non-contact interface or a system code comprises: an IC card interface unit 5 for performing a communication with the IC cards of the plurality of kinds each having the different non-contact interface or the system code; an IC card R/W 6 for performing a communication with the IC card via the IC card interface unit; and an external input processing unit 7 for processing an external input to be inputted from an external inputting means 8 and for selecting the non-contact interface or the system code of the IC card to be read. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
