The method involves viewing image partial information of different views of two physically separated patterns (1a, 1b) from picture elements including lines and gap. The physically separated patterns are partially covered by a lenticular screen (2). A physical intermediate space between the patterns is covered by the screen. The picture elements of the patterns are formed by a section of the screen in such a manner that the picture elements or a part of the picture elements are viewed by an observer from a viewing position. The screen consists of glass or optically transparent plastic. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for spatial representation of an image.
