<p>The pourer consists of a spout (20) which is tubular and has an outlet with a flared lip (10) and an inner construction (23) between the spout and container. The spout has through holes (9) just below the level of the lip and lying in the same plane. Each of the holes is between 0.5 and 1.5 mm. in diameter, and a series of holes can be set in straight or staggered lines.
