PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera and an exterior casing thereof that have high heat dissipation and waterproofing properties with simple constitution. SOLUTION: A main frame 18 is stored and disposed in the exterior casing 16, and a substrate 22, a lens unit 14, etc., are fixed directly to the main frame 18.
