PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts feeder with a simple constitution capable of efficiently feeding parts in a stable posture to a pickup area. SOLUTION: The parts feeder 1 conveys a large number of parts fed in an optional posture along a circulation-conveying passage B, changes the posture of the parts between a feeding area A1 and a pickup area A3, and increases the ratio of the parts in a stable posture. The parts feeder comprises a feeding port 16 opposing the feeding area A1, a circulation-conveying means 3 for conveying a large number of fed parts P along the circulation-conveying passage B, and an air flow passage member 22 which is opposite to the circulation-conveying passage B, and blows air to a large number of parts P and rolls them. The blown air of the air flow passage member 22 is controlled to the blowing force for suppressing the roll of the parts P in a stable posture, and promoting the roll of the parts P in an unstable posture.
