PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin light source of an internal illumination type bulletin apparatus, in which light of the light source is uniformly illuminated to a display panel without generating luminance unevenness and which flexibly meets specifications of various shapes and dimensions of the display panel. SOLUTION: The bulletin apparatus comprises: a sheet light source in which a number of LEDs are mounted on a board with an appropriate interval between each other; and a light reflecting plate formed so that a light emitting face of the surface light source can be covered by forming holes through which the LEDs penetrate at corresponding mounting positions of the LEDs, and the light reflecting plate is overlapped and unified with the light emitting face of the sheet light source so that the LEDs can be exposed from the holes. The board, on which the LEDs are mounted, is divided into a plurality of unit boards by slits arranged vertically and horizontally in the board, and each unit board is electrically and mechanically connected via a joint which bridges the boards over the slit, thereby separating the unit boards.
