PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and light-weight swing that a child and a guardian or children can get on together and play safely. SOLUTION: The swing 1 includes supports 2 and 2 disposed at an appropriate interval, a horizontal shaft 3 disposed between the upper end parts of the supports 2 and 2, a swinging shock absorbing device 4 fixed to the horizontal shaft 3, rod-like members 5 and 5 suspended by fixing the upper end parts to the swinging shock absorbing device 4, and a sitting member 6 mounted on the lower end parts of the rod-like members 5 and 5. The sitting member 6 is a synthetic resin molded into a prescribed shape and includes a seat plate part 13 presenting a thick plate shape which is made long to the front and back and massive back plate parts 14 and 14 formed at both end parts of the seat plate part 13 and bulged upwards.
