PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrier device that improves image quality of stereoscopic videos, and to provide electronic image equipment including the same.

SOLUTION: The electronic video equipment includes the barrier device. A barrier unit 150 includes a plurality of column barrier electrodes 151-1 to 151-11 and a plurality of row barrier electrodes 152-1 to 152-12. In the barrier unit, the column barrier electrodes are divided into a plurality of first column barrier electrodes 151-p arranged at predetermined intervals and a plurality of second column barrier electrodes 151-p+1 corresponding to the plurality of first column barrier electrodes. Crossing regions of the first column barrier electrode and the plurality of respective row barrier electrodes are different from crossing regions of the second column barrier electrode and the plurality of respective row barrier electrodes.
