PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a threshing apparatus that solves the problems, wherein significant waste straw cloggings occur at a part of a sieve, and for cleaning up all the waste straw deposited at the sieve, the structure of a threshing apparatus becomes complex and leads to increase in cost. SOLUTION: The threshing apparatus has a constitution, such that a sieve 23 is constituted of initial-end-side-fixed sieves 26, each with its tilt angle fixed set above the exhaust port 25 of a threshing chamber 11, and terminal-end-mobile sieves 27, each with its tilt angle set controllable downward, from below the exhaust port 25, wherein the initial-end-side-fixed sieves 26 are collocated with their mutual spaces which are narrower than those of the terminal-end-mobile sieves 27 and are provided with plates 30 which are orthogonal thereto so as to be freely moving in the longitudinal direction thereof.
