PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polymerization sensitizer having excellent responsiveness to active energy beam and excellent efficiency for starting the generation of many radicals and to provide a liquid composition being quickly polymerized by active energy beams, having excellent adhesiveness to a basic material, and capable of achieving high degree of crosslinking of a substance to be cured.

SOLUTION: The active energy beam polymerization sensitizer is expressed in formula (I) (wherein, R1denotes -(A)-COOM or -(A)- SO3M (here, (A) denotes oxyalkylene group which may be single bonded or be branched and M denotes one of hydrogen atom, alkaline metal, alkaline earth metal, and ammonium), R2and R3are independent from each other and denote one of hydrogen atom, alkyl group, alkenyl group, and benzyl group, R4, R5, R6, and R7are independent from each other and denote one of alkyl group, benzyl group, and phenyl group or R4and R5and/or R6and R7form cyclic functional group, respectively) and the active energy beam curing type liquid composition contains the polymerization sensitizer and radical polymerizing substance. The liquid composition is useful as ink for inkjet recording.
