<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink set which enables to obtain a recorded image having a wide color reproduction range, high chroma, less granularity caused by dot representation, and gloss, wherein, especially, when the ink set is applied to a medium having a coating layer, the granularity caused by dot representation is suppressed extremely and when the ink set is applied to a plain paper, a recorded image excellent in color development is obtained. <P>SOLUTION: The ink set includes at least a yellow ink (Y), a magenta ink (M), a cyan ink (C) and a red ink (R), wherein the L<SP>*</SP>values of the CIE Lab colorimetric system of 1,000-times diluted water solutions of the inks are within the following ranges: (Y); ≥89 but ≤94, (M); ≥76 but ≤93, (C); ≥74 but ≤87, and (R); ≥55 but ≤74. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
