<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker capable of detecting trifling temperature changes without missing them and capable of accurately cooking. <P>SOLUTION: In the induction heating cooker, an output of a temperature detection means 9 for detecting a bottom face temperature of a heated object 1 from an output of infrared detection means 6 is corrected by an output of light-receiving means 11 for detecting an amount of infrared rays from ambient light. With this correction, influence of the ambient light can be removed so as to enable to detect trifling temperature changes without missing them, thus accurate cooking can be carried out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
