PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having adequate electrical properties, which can form a good image even after long-term repeated use, and also has optical fatigue resistance, and to provide an electrophotographic apparatus using the same. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has a photosensitive layer on a conductive support, wherein the photosensitive layer includes a plurality of electron attraction compounds.
