PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera capable of improving operability in a face-to-face photographing. SOLUTION: The camera 1 capable of face-to-face photographing is composed of a first unit 1a and a second unit 1b which are interconnected to be relatively rotatable, wherein the first unit 1a is provided with a photographing lens 2, and the second unit 1b is provided with a display section 3 for displaying a photographic image and predetermined information. When a rotating angle of the first unit 1a and exceeds a predetermined value, a display magnification of the photographic image on the display section 3 is reduced less than or equal to a predetermined value or a photographing magnification of the photographing lens 2 is reduced less than or equal to a predetermined value. Thus, a sense of incompatibility is prevented from being given by projecting the face of a photographer largely on the display section suddenly in face-to-face photographing but the face of the photographer is displayed in a suitable size automatically in the face-to-face photographing and the operability of the face-to-face photographing can be improved.
