PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video data output device that can make a lecture material correspond to various languages, and can change and transmit the lecture material as a lecture progresses, and a broadcasting system. SOLUTION: This video data output device 1 can change pages of the lecture material displayed on a screen etc. since a lecturer makes a change indication, and generate video data of an English lecture material corresponding to the page change. Consequently, an attendance can confirm contents even at a distance from the lecturer by displaying the lecture material on a video display device 4 at hand, and can change the lecture material to a lecture material in a language different from that of the lecture material displayed on the screen etc. by operating an operation unit of a radio reception device 3 to confirm it.
