<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffusing body of high brightness capable of reducing the attenuation of lightness even in a point distant from a light source, and excellent in a uniform light emitting property. <P>SOLUTION: This sheet-like planar light diffusing body is formed by dispersing a reflecting material having 0.5-50 μm of average particle size on an optically transparent thermoplastic resin having 80% or more of total light transmittance, and is constituted to have 0.01 or more of difference between a refractive index of a surface of the reflecting material in 589.3 nm of wavelength and a refractive index of the thermoplastic resin, and to be laminated, on one face thereof, with a low refractive index resin having a refractive index lower by 0.01 or more compared with that of the thermoplastic resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
