摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refined rice wine of low sugar content, and to provide a production method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The prevention of life-style related diseases such as metabolic syndrome is in full flower and health-intention of the consumers is increased. A refined rice wine of≥0.05 but≤1.23 wt.% total sugar content or a refined rice wine of≥0.01 but≤0.61 wt.% glucose content is provided.
