摘要 <p>The method involves detecting an electromagnetic radiation at a detection area, which lies in a defined distance to an irradiation place. The distance is selectively defined by a calculation instruction so that interactive length in a highly dispersive matrix is maximal. An amount of the electromagnetic radiation detected by detectors is different from noise of the detectors in consideration of changes, at the electromagnetic radiation, attainable at a substance. The changes are caused by another substance quantitatively provided at detection limit. An independent claim is also included for a device for increasing interaction length in a highly dispersive matrix.</p>
