Lamp lookout and control system in both directions and its method

A bidirectional lamp monitoring/controlling system and a method thereof are provided to control lamp efficiently without a separate earth leakage breaker by giving function cutting off leakage of electricity in a line observation part and a lamp controller. A bidirectional lamp monitoring/controlling system comprises a gateway part(130) and a controller(140). The gateway part is connected to an internet network(120). The protocol of the signal transmitted and received with a control system(100) and the protocol of the signal transmitted and received with the controller are cross-transformed with the gateway part. The controller comprises a line observation part(142) and a lamp controller(144). The line observation part is connected to the gateway part. The line observation part watches leak and excess current of the line. The line observation part automatically blocks a line in leak. One end of the lamp controller is connected to the line observation part or the gateway part. The other end of the lamp controller is connected to a lamp part(150). The lamp controller watches leak and excess current of the lamp part. The lamp controller automatically blocks the lamp part in leak.
