A method and system for establishing a peer to peer connection in a P2P network and a peer device in the P2P network, wherein the method comprises that: a management node in the P2P network receives a resource request; the said management node selects one or more peers which meet the demand from a resource list established previously according to the logon information of the other peers in the P2P network to return it to a resource request peer; the connection is established between the said resource request peer and the said peers which meet the demand.
