PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic transmitter for monitoring by using a transcranial ultrasonic blood flow image and promoting the thrombolytic effect of a thrombolitic agent by using ultrasonic waves from one opening in order to effectively utilizing the limited acoustic window of a cranial bone, and to provide an ultrasonic apparatus. SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic transmitter, at least not less than two layers of vibrators consisting of a plurality of electric ultrasonic transducers are stacked, and a layer (15) having acoustic impedance being smaller than that of the vibrators is arranged between the stacked vibrator layers (11, 12).
