This invention concerns a mechanism, by which the automatic lock of a lifting door is achieved and from here the avoidance of its fall.The lifting system consists of a body of mechanism, that is analyzed to a protection system of automatic lock, a lifting strap, a part of rotation axis, a winding pulley, an aluminum brim with rubber, an axis bearing, a support guide and a roller support guide, a locking cover, a protection blade from fall and a motion wheel within the guide. The door consists of a system of lateral guides, that have a special piece, on the edge of which there is an aluminum profile with double brushes for complete sealing. In the reinforcement of this guide an especially formed guide is fixedly connected for the motion of the rollers of the door. On the upper part of the system the corresponding part of the lifting system is supported screwed and the entire assembly is self-supported.The panels consist of a plate of 0.60 mm and a filling with drawn polystyrene weldedwith special glue of polyurethane, of a weight of 55kgr/m3 and they have special joints lengthwise on their edges, and a special longitudinal reinforcement from another plate, where the screwing of the hinges is performed. The locking and protectionmechanism from fall consists of the main body, a spring, a blade of guide impact and a blade support, a locking latch, two strap rolling rollers and a recess of wheel axis.This invention is mainly used in the manufacture of industrial doors, doors of large sheds for the storage of large vehicles, airplanes and other means with great tonnage. |
