An automatic docking device of gas supplying system for bottom blowing liquid steel in the ladle contains docking unit of system of argon supplying to the steelladle, which consists of bellmouth fixed on the ladle supporting arm, and cylinder, fixed vertically on the bogie bracket of steel teeming ladle car, made with the possibility of vertical disposal of the column with the spherical head, disposed on the one side of the axis with conical surface of steelladle saddle, at that a column for argon supplying with the spherical head is made floating in the horizontal plane, or it is made self-adjusting, or with the possibility of free deviation in the horizontal plane relatively to the axis of the supplying device cylinder body, at that spool body of the cylinder is carried out in the top part as a single whole with the pivot block, which spherical surface contacts with bottom spherical surface of the column, made with the conical inner surface, disposed on the axis of the column, and stabilizer is carried out in such a way, that it leans with it bottom horizontal end on the spring, contacting with the bottom end with the inner part of the spool body. |
