A method of removal of deposits of stuck or packed bulk material from the wall (for example, wall of bunker) is characterized by the fact that by means of single power pulse applied to the section of the wall (or to elastic plate rigidly fixed relative to wall from the side of the deposit, which hardness is smaller than the hardness of wall) it is bent relative to initial position within the limits of elastic deformation at first to the opposite side from the deposit, and then the motion of the bent section of wall (or elastic plate) is instantly stopped not earlier than the passage of primary position, but not later than reaching the end position of bent in opposite side (i.e., to the side of deposit, for example, inside the bunker). A device for removal of deposits of stuck or packed bulk material from the wall (for example, bunker wall) contains a generator of pulse currents connected with an actuating mechanism installed from the side opposite to the possible deposit on wall (for example, from the outer side of the bunker wall), which includes a flat inductor installed on the rigid basis rigidly fixed relative to wall, and a flat armature from high-conductivity material rigidly fastened to the wall (or to rigidly fixed on the wall from the side of the possible deposit of elastic plate, which has smaller hardness than the wall) by means of at least one rod and installed perpendicularly to normal to the wall (i.e., in parallel to flat wall or in parallel to plane tangent to the cylindrical wall) with a clearance relative to the wall, in which the flat inductor is located. Between the flat armature and flat inductor there can be a clearance; on the rigid basis supports can be rigidly fixed in parallel to the axis of inductor with possibility of contact with surface of the flat armature turned to the wall, in the case the clearance between the supports and flat anchor is smaller than the clearance between flat armature and flat inductor. |
