The invention concerns processing industry of agricultural sector, for example, production of friable, paste-like and wet mixed fodders, substitutes of whole milk, chemical solutions of different purpose, biofuel, food industry, for example, production of flour, coffee, pies, sauces, beverages, biochemical technology, and construction industry. A disintegrator contains a frame, where are installed a housing of grinding chamber, inside which right and reverse perforated working disks are located on rotary drums, loading and unloading devices, drives. In accordance with the invention, drive shafts are hollow. In the case the loading devices are mobile and each of them is installed at the end of removable cover of the housing on the common axis with the driving hollow arbor with possibility of adjustment of the clearance between the loading device and internal part of hollow arbor. The detachable changed cutting rings with clearances between them descending toward the periphery are fixed on the perforated working disks. In the case the disintegrator additionally contains a catch which is installed on the housing and interacts with the shaft of opposite disk. The invention provides for extension of functional capabilities due to the possibility of processing raw material with different physical-mechanical and chemical functional characteristics and due to easy replacement of the operating units. |
