PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table type flake manufacturing apparatus that prevents deterioration in quality of product and contamination of coolant caused by mixing or mutually mixing vapor generated from the coolant and a molten raw material solution or the molten raw material solution. SOLUTION: The table type flake manufacturing apparatus includes the table 1 that horizontally rotates, raw material feed means 2 that feeds the molten raw material onto an upper surface of the table 1, cooling means 4 that is disposed under a backside of the table 1 and cools the table 1 by spraying the coolant from the backside thereof, and cools the molten raw material through the table 1, and a receiver 7 that is positioned below the table 1 and the cooling means 4 and recovers the coolant that has cooled the table 1.
