PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a failure due to interference in a canopy body and an obstacle when there is the obstacle on a moving route of the canopy body. SOLUTION: The canopy body 10 is connected to a vehicle body structure B through a moving mechanism 11 capable of moving it between an unfolded position at which it is put on the head of a crew and a stored position at which it is retreated to the side behind a vehicle seat 1. The canopy body 10 is provided with a sensor 31 capable of detecting the state of being in contact with the obstacle in the moving direction or approaching a prescribed position just before the contact in the middle of the unfolding movement. The movement of canopy body 10 in the direction is stopped when the contact state with the obstacle or the approaching state is detected by the sensor 31. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
