Disclosed are a sheet for improving wireless communication, by which a communicable distance of an IC tag to be used for wireless communication can be improved, a wireless communication IC tag and a wireless communication system. A first spacer (2) has an arrangements surface (2a) for arranging the wireless IC tag. An auxiliary antenna (3), which resonates to electromagnetic waves used for wireless communication, is arranged on the surface opposite to the arrangement surface (2a) of the first spacer (2). A second spacer (4) is arranged on the side opposite to the first spacer (2) with the auxiliary antenna (3) in between. On the first spacer (2) and the auxiliary antenna (2), a groove (hole (S)) having the second spacer (4) as the bottom is arranged.
