<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of highly accurately and inexpensively manufacturing ceramics used for a mechanical component. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing ceramics implements a process including: a preparation step (step S10) of preparing ceramic raw material powder by stirring the ceramic raw material powder in which a prescribed quantity of a binder, a solvent and a sintering aid are blended; molding steps (step S11-S14) of deaerating and kneading the ceramic raw material powder to form ceramic clay paste, molding the ceramic clay paste and drying the molded ceramic clay paste to obtain a molding shaped in a desired semi-finished product; a degreasing step (step S15) of degreasing the molding; and a firing step (step S16) of firing the molding. The molding step includes a heat resistant material installation step (step S12, S13) of installing a heat resistant material in the molding, and the heat resistant material installed in the heat resistant material installation step is removed by carrying out a removal step (step S17) implemented after the firing step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
