PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure measuring device capable of accurately measuring the pressure of the fluid flowing through a micro channel. SOLUTION: The pressure measuring device 10 is equipped with a tubular body 13 forming a part of a microchannel R and a distortion sensor 14 attached to the outer surface of the tubular body 13, and is constituted so as to measure pressure of the fluid flowing through the microchannel R, based on the distortions of a wall section of the tubular body 13 detected by the distortion sensor 14. The tubular body 13 is made to have substantially a flat circular shape for the cross section, perpendicular to the flowing direction of the fluid. The distortion sensors 14 are mounted on wall sections 131a and 131b, facing each other in the direction of the minor axis J of substantially a flat circular shape. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
